Standard package scope
The £230 annual package is designed for conventional properties with two or three bedrooms, up to two bathrooms or WCs, and located within Lancashire.
Suitability will be confirmed during a brief initial consultation.
Larger properties, HMOs and properties further afield are also welcome and can be accommodated through a tailored package.
